Our Classes

Beginners
Learn the fundamentals. This class includes basic techniques used in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing.
No experience needed.

Intermediate
This class focuses on slightly more advanced techniques and combinations while maintaining the basic fundamentals learnt in beginners.

Advanced Muay Thai
This class is for graded students only and focuses on the key techniques and skills required for competition fighting.

Ladies Kickboxing
For women interested in learning the basics of Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing in a controlled and supportive environment.

This class is run by female trainers.

Teens
For teens aged between 12-16 years, this class provides basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing training - focusing on; self defence, discipline,
building confidence, strength and fitness.

These classes are run year-round, during and outside of school term.

Teen Girls Only
A unique class for teen girls only, aged between 12-17 years. This class provides basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing training - focusing on; self defence, building confidence, strength and fitness.

All Levels Muay Thai
This class is suitable for all levels, beginners - advanced. Covering the fundamentals of Muay Thai and aiming to improve skills and technique through
drills, pad work and sparring.
This class will be different every time, adapting to student level.

Strength & Conditioning
This class will run a combination of fight functional exercises to improve strength, power, speed and endurance.
Suitable for all fitness levels and goals.
